This parmesan beer bread is a perfect bread to use as a side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups of self rising flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 beer in bottle
- 2 cups of shredded parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped rosemary
- Butter for the loaf pan
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and beer
- Then add the parmesan cheese and the chopped rosemary
- Slowly mix all the ingredients together using a wooden spoon
- After you've mix everything together, the dough will be a little wet, that is OK. No need knit the dough
- Butter up loaf pan. Use a lot of butter to avoid the bread to stick
- Put the dough in pan. Will be sticky
- Put the pan in the oven for 45 minutes
- Let it rest and cool down and it will be ready to serve
