Information

This broccoli salad is a  very refreshing and healthy broccoli salad that can be used as a side dish with any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cup cashews
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon wine vinegar


Preparation

  1. Combine broccile, onion, raisins, cashews and bacon in a salad bowl
  2. Prepare dressing by combining mayonnaise, sugar and rice wine vinegar
  3. Pour over broccoli mixture and blend.
  4. Chill one hour and serve
