Ingredients

• 1 lb (454 g) fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Set out a 1 1/2-quart (1.4-liter) baking dish.

4. Fold in the drained green beans and 2/3 cup of the crispy fried onions.
5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbling. Stir gently.

8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
