Ingredients
- 1 large can of tuna
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice of bread
- ½ lb. potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Oil for frying

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender. Once cooked, mash the potatoes and set them aside to cool.
- Open the can of tuna and place the tuna in a bowl. Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, tomato, and garlic, then mix them with the tuna.
- Soak the slice of bread in the liquid from the canned tuna until slightly softened.
- Add the mashed potatoes, eggs, soaked bread, and nutmeg to the tuna mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Take a small amount of the mixture at a time and shape it into round balls or slightly elongated croquettes, according to your preference.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Fry the tuna balls in the hot oil until beautifully golden on all sides.
- Serve the Tuna Balls hot with rice or Tutu, accompanied by fried plantains and/or vegetables.
